Event Staff / Party Hosts

Job Description

As an Event Staff member or Party Host, you'll be the face of Palmeras Entertainment, ensuring our guests have an amazing experience from start to finish. You'll help coordinate events, assist guests, and maintain our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests throughout their event
  • Set up and break down event spaces
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
  • Manage bowling lanes, arcade, and entertainment areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our Front Desk team members are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll manage bookings, answer questions, process payments, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage phone and email inquiries about events and bookings
  • Process reservations and payments accurately
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain organized records and guest information
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and email communication
  • Computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and booking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
