Palmeras Entertainment Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Palmeras Entertainment, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate refund requests where possible within the guidelines outlined below.
2. Ticket Purchases and Game Credits
- All Sales Final: Purchases of tickets, game credits, tokens, or time-based passes are final and non-refundable.
- Unused Credits: Unused game credits or tokens are non-refundable but may be used on future visits within one year of purchase.
3. Event Bookings and Reservations
- Advance Bookings: Reservations for bowling lanes, golf simulators, private rooms, or group events require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 3 Month Notice: Cancellations made at least 3 months before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Less Than 3 Months Notice: Cancellations made less than 3 months in advance will forfeit the deposit.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in the full charge of the reserved services.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- Venue Closure: In the event Palmeras Entertainment must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, power outages), affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Medical Emergencies: Refunds due to medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation.
5. Merchandise and Gift Cards
- Merchandise Returns: Unopened merchandise with a receipt can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Food and Beverage
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with any food or beverage purchase, please notify a manager immediately to address the issue.
- Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, refunds will not be issued for failure to inform staff of allergies or restrictions prior to ordering.
7. How to Request a Refund
- In-Person Requests: Visit our customer service desk during operating hours.
- Email Requests: Send an email to palmeraseb@gmail.com with your name, contact information, and details of the refund request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
